The rules governing access to and use of the SpiriIA service.

01Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SpiriIA platform and services (accessible via the main domain name spiriia.com, all of its registered domain name variations, as well as its automated agents and interfaces integrated into third-party messaging applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or Messenger) worldwide.

Accessing the platform or interacting with the service implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

02Access to the service and eligibility

Use of the SpiriIA service is strictly reserved for natural persons who have reached the age of legal majority in their country or jurisdiction of residence (18 in most jurisdictions) and who have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.

If you have not reached the applicable age of majority, you are strictly prohibited from using the service.

SpiriIA is a generative artificial intelligence system — not a human being, a doctor, a psychologist, a therapist or a legal advisor.

  • No medical or health advice: SpiriIA provides no medical advice, diagnosis, prescription or therapeutic support. Responses generated by the service are under no circumstances a substitute for consulting a qualified, licensed healthcare professional.
  • In an emergency: if you are experiencing a crisis, significant psychological distress, or a medical emergency, you should not use SpiriIA. Contact your country's official emergency services immediately (for example 112 in Europe, 911 in the United States, or a dedicated suicide prevention helpline).
  • Limitation: VELTYZ GROUP LLC accepts no liability for any decisions (medical, personal, financial or relational) you make on the basis of your exchanges with the AI.

04Algorithmic nature and inaccuracies

You are expressly informed that the service relies on probabilistic generative AI language models. Because of the inherent nature of this technology, the AI may:

  • generate responses that are factually inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
  • invent facts, references or context ("hallucinations");
  • offer poetic, metaphorical or introspective phrasing that should be understood figuratively.

VELTYZ GROUP LLC does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or relevance of information generated by the AI. You remain solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it or acting upon it.

05Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law applicable in your country of residence, the total, direct and cumulative liability of VELTYZ GROUP LLC (its directors, employees or partners) towards you for any damage arising directly from the use of SpiriIA:

  • shall in no event exceed the total amount actually paid for the service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage;
  • shall be capped at a maximum flat sum of USD 100 (or its equivalent in local currency) if you have used a free service or made no payment during that period.

Indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (loss of data, emotional distress, loss of opportunity) are expressly excluded from any compensation.

06Intellectual property

  • Platform and brand: the overall structure of the site, the source code, the automation architecture, the logos, the graphics, the trade name "SpiriIA" and the associated domain names are the exclusive property of VELTYZ GROUP LLC.
  • Generated content: content (text, images, voice recordings) generated by the AI in response to your prompts is granted to you under a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide and non-transferable licence, for strictly private and non-commercial use.
