01Ethical commitments and supportive guidance

The SpiriIA service was designed to offer a supportive space for listening, personal growth and self-reflection. Within these interactions, our algorithms and AI models are configured to respect the following core principles:

• Respect and non-discrimination: SpiriIA will not produce hateful, discriminatory, defamatory or degrading statements based on origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or any other personal characteristic.
• Neutrality and kindness: the AI is trained to interact with empathy, respect and neutrality, without passing moral judgement on the personal situations you share.

02Preserving your free will and responsibility

SpiriIA is a tool to support personal reflection, inspiration and entertainment.

• No decisions imposed: the AI does not dictate any life choices, whether medical, financial, legal, professional or relational.
• Your sovereignty: you retain your full free will at all times. Symbolic interpretations and readings generated by the AI must never replace your own critical judgement and personal responsibility.

03Safety protocol and detection of distress

• Automatic detection: if a user expresses intentions of self-harm, suicide or violence towards others, or shows signs of extreme psychological distress, the safety protocols interrupt normal content generation.
• Emergency redirection: in such situations, the system immediately directs the user towards emergency support resources, psychological helplines or official emergency services — free and confidential — appropriate to their country of residence.

04Prohibited uses and rules of conduct

You agree to use SpiriIA responsibly and in compliance with applicable law. The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Medical or legal requests: attempting to obtain medical prescriptions, health diagnoses or formal legal advice.
• Reverse engineering and circumvention: any attempt to bypass the AI's safety barriers (prompt injection, jailbreaking), to extract the source code, or to carry out unauthorised automation (spam, denial of service).
• Generating illegal content: using the service to generate, transmit or promote hateful content, child sexual abuse material, content inciting violence or harassment, or content relating to illegal activities.

Any serious breach of this ethics charter will result in the immediate suspension of the account without notice, with no possibility of refund for credits or subscriptions in progress.
