All financial transactions, invoicing, tax collection (VAT / Sales Tax) and payment processing on behalf of the SpiriIA service are handled and executed by our authorised Merchant of Record (MoR):
- MoR entity: Squidlane OÜ (trading under the name Bonzai)
- Registration: company incorporated under Estonian law (European Union)
- Role: Squidlane OÜ acts as an authorised reseller and merchant of record for all orders placed on the SpiriIA platform worldwide.
- Partner payment processors and gateways: Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Paddle, as well as encrypted digital-asset payment solutions (cryptocurrencies).
