1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale define the conditions applicable to purchases made on SpiriIA.

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms of Sale (TOS).

  • services based on artificial intelligence.

The essential characteristics of the offers are presented at the time of the order.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.

SpiriIA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The applicable price remains the one displayed at the time the order is validated.

Any applicable taxes are displayed in accordance with current regulations.

5. Order

The order is considered validated when:

  • the payment is accepted;

  • the order confirmation is generated;

  • access to the content or service is granted.

SpiriIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • fraud;

  • abuse;

  • payment anomaly;

  • violation of applicable conditions.

6. Payment

Payments can be processed via specialized third-party providers such as:

  • Stripe;

  • partner payment platforms;

  • other authorized providers.

SpiriIA does not directly store the complete banking information of users.

The user guarantees that they are authorized to use the payment method used during the order.

7. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital products are generally delivered immediately or within a reasonable time after payment validation.

Delivery may take the form of:

  • conversational access;

  • user credit;

  • generated content;

  • downloadable content;

  • an activated feature;

  • premium access.

The user acknowledges that certain content is dynamically generated by artificial intelligence.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(m) of the European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may no longer be applicable when:

  • the digital content is provided immediately;

  • the service begins before the end of the legal period;

  • the user expressly accepts immediate execution;

  • the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

This acceptance occurs upon validation of the order.

10. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan chosen at the time of subscription.

Unless otherwise indicated, they may be renewed automatically.

The user can stop the renewal before the next due date.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the user to a refund for the period already billed.

11. Virtual Credits

Credits available on SpiriIA:

  • constitute an internal virtual currency;

  • have no real monetary value;

  • cannot be converted into money;

  • cannot be transferred;

  • are not refundable unless legally required otherwise.

Credits may expire or be deleted in accordance with the rules applicable to the service.

12. Liability

SpiriIA is a digital entertainment service of a symbolic, introspective, and recreational nature.

The generated content never constitutes:

  • medical advice;

  • psychological advice;

  • psychiatric advice;

  • legal advice;

  • financial advice;

  • a professional consultation.

No result, personal benefit, interpretation, or guidance can be guaranteed.

The user remains solely responsible for their decisions and the use they make of the service.

13. Force Majeure

SpiriIA cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or delay resulting notably from:

  • a technical incident;

  • a network failure;

  • a cyberattack;

  • an administrative decision;

  • an event beyond its control;

  • a case of force majeure.

15. Modification of the TOS

These Terms of Sale may be modified at any time.

The applicable version is the one published on the site on the date of the order.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Spanish law as well as applicable European regulations.
