Your Right to Erasure
At SpiriIA, you can request the deletion of all or part of your personal data at any time.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the erasure of your personal information when its retention is no longer necessary or when you withdraw your consent.
How to Request the Deletion of Your Data
Simply send your request to:
Please send this email from the address associated with your account, or provide information that allows us to identify you (the WhatsApp number or Telegram username you use with SpiriIA).
Which Data Can Be Deleted?
Your request can cover, among other things:
Your user profile;
Your first name;
Your email address;
Your WhatsApp number;
Your Telegram username;
Your conversation history;
Items saved in SpiriIA’s evolving memory;
Your preferences;
Your personalization data;
Your marketing data.
Processing Times
Deletion requests are processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days from the receipt of a valid request.
In certain exceptional circumstances provided for by the regulations, this period may be extended in compliance with the GDPR.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be kept when its retention is required by law or necessary for:
Compliance with legal obligations;
Fraud prevention;
Dispute resolution;
The defense of legal claims;
Accounting and tax obligations.
This data will only be kept for the duration legally required.
Consequences of Deletion
The deletion of your data specifically results in:
The deletion of your user account;
The deletion of the personalized memory associated with your account;
The permanent loss of any remaining credits;
The permanent loss of access to the services associated with your account;
The inability to restore any deleted data.
This operation is irreversible.
Confirmation
Once the deletion is complete, a confirmation may be sent to you via email or through the channel you used to contact SpiriIA.
